By creating an account and accessing Spirit Conquer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Spirit Conquer is a private server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original game developers.

2. Account Registration

To play Spirit Conquer, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Spirit Conquer in accordance with all applicable laws and our Server Rules. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using cheats, hacks, or bots; exploiting bugs; harassment or abusive behavior; real-money trading; and account sharing. Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

All virtual items, currency, and characters in Spirit Conquer are the property of the server. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust any in-game content at our discretion. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Any donations or purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Server Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Spirit Conquer. The server may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or data resulting from server downtime.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Spirit Conquer at any time without prior notice. This includes game mechanics, features, rates, and these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spirit Conquer is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension, or any indirect or consequential damages. Your use of Spirit Conquer is at your own risk.
