Fair play ensures an enjoyable experience for everyone
Critical Violations - Permanent Ban
Cheating & Hacking
Using third-party software, bots, speed hacks, or any unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage.
Penalty: Permanent ban on first offense
Bug Exploitation
Intentionally exploiting game bugs or glitches for personal gain. Report bugs to staff instead of abusing them.
Penalty: Permanent ban + item/CP removal
Real Money Trading (RMT)
Buying, selling, or trading in-game items, accounts, or currency for real money outside official channels.
Penalty: Permanent ban for all involved parties
Serious Violations - Temporary Ban
Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials with other players or playing on multiple accounts simultaneously.
Penalty: 7-30 day ban, repeated offense = permanent ban
Scamming
Deceiving other players to obtain their items, currency, or account information through false promises or impersonation.
Penalty: 14-30 day ban + item restoration to victim
Harassment & Toxicity
Severe harassment, hate speech, threats, or creating a hostile environment for other players.
Penalty: 3-14 day ban, escalating with repeated offenses
Minor Violations - Warning/Mute
Spam & Advertising
Excessive message spam, advertising other servers, or posting inappropriate links in chat.
Penalty: Mute (1-24 hours), repeated offense = temporary ban
Inappropriate Names
Using offensive, racist, or inappropriate character or guild names.
Penalty: Forced name change + warning
Appeal Process
If you believe you were banned unfairly, you may submit an appeal through our support portal. Include your account name, ban reason, and explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 48-72 hours. Note that ban evasion (creating new accounts) will result in permanent IP ban.
